Does IMS accept credit card
orders? |

Yes, customers have
the option to pay for purchases by check, money order, VISA, MasterCard,
Discover, or American Express credit cards. Credit cards are not accepted
online at this time. Purchase orders, with proper credit card information,
may be completed and faxed to IMS (979) 845-6608. Credit cards may be used
for telephone orders. School districts and universities that have procurement
cards may purchase resources with credit cards. |

to purchase materials for my Texas school. Do I have to pay sales tax? |

Yes. Texas residents
who pay for items using their personal credit cards must pay the 8.25% sales
tax, even though they are purchasing the items for school use. Out-of-Texas
customers do not have to pay sales tax. |

Yes, telephone orders
may be submitted at (979) 845-6601. If your school or business requires
a purchase order prior to placing an order, the customer service associate
will expect you to give the p.o. number as you place the order. Telephone
orders by individuals are welcome. Preferred payment method by individuals
is by approved credit card. |

is for the electronic administration, set-up of the record books, plus the
server space for storage of your books. |
